Our point extraction systems are designed for decentralized dust extraction in connection with mechanical or pneumatic conveying. Depending on the material to be separated, the filter systems can be made from a wide variety of filter types and materials, such as B. cartridges, hose cartridges or bag filters exist. The cleaning is carried out fully automatically and continuously. Thanks to the cladding, the entire system is kept under negative pressure and thus prevents dust from escaping. The sucked up dust is automatically separated on the filter and transferred to a system underneath (e.g. conveyor belt). This means that there is no need for any maintenance work for the material discharge. Structures and possible uses: 1.8 to 152 m² filter surface, various cloth or cartridge filter materials, horizontal for attachment to silos, chain or belt conveyors, transfer points, screws, etc., vertically, for attachment to elevators as a vacuum filter with a built-on or separate fan as an overpressure filter, e.g. B. on injection silos Advantages: minimal maintenance, no dust discharge system and no piping system, dust discharge directly back to the conveyor system, no emptying of a container necessary, low energy consumption, as there are no long pipe lengths, no mixing of different types of dust, no dust deposits in the suction pipes, reduced risk of explosion and fire
