The GDB roller band filter consists of composite sheet steel profiles and is one of the most robust filters of its kind. The reel bearings for the take-up reel and sprocket bearings are made of high quality polyamide, the sprockets are made of galvanized steel. The cover rails on both sides can be adjusted according to the filter belt used. Due to their design, the GDB roller band filters can be built into sheet metal ducts or masonry. The roll band filter is used as a prefilter in heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems as well as intake centers for gas turbines.
