Many dedusting problems cannot be solved with surface or depth filtration. Particularly the separation of very sticky dusts and processes in which the air has to be conditioned are preferred areas of application for our vortex scrubber. Two very special applications are the filtration of aluminum dust and the exhaust air from foundries. In the vortex scrubber, the dusts are bound in the water and most of the dusts sediment out. Others form emulsions or go completely into solution. Our vortex scrubber is a very robust air filter system, with a filter medium that is available worldwide - water. Volume flow: 2,000 - 80,000 m³ / h
